I AM:

a daughter, sister, friend and spiritual activist.
I BELIEVE:

in the interconnectedness of all beings and non-beings and our potential to create, grow, nurture, release and heal.
I FIND JOY IN:

my parents’ belly laughs; a deep night’s sleep; starting/completing a journal; being understood; and witnessing others on their journeys.
I AM CURIOUS ABOUT:

the relationship between joyful moments and deep healing; the human mind; all the beings I haven’t met; what it feels like to be an eldest, immigrant daughter who takes care of herself; and other worlds.
I AM DEEPLY MOVED BY:

the rhythms and cycles of nature; the transformative power of one being’s unconditional love for another; and the commitment one can have to their craft.
I VALUE:

the wisdom I/we have inherited; the labor of our elders; vulnerability; and loving on others
I AM MOST AT PEACE WHEN:

I am connected to my body, Earth and breath.
I WANT TO GROW:

my patience and loving-kindness, particularly for those with whom I disagree or feel hurt by; my trust in my intuition; my capacity to surrender; and the practice of loving all of myself, even the parts I’m conditioned to despise.
