We meet ourselves where and how we are, even when it feels uncomfortable.

No performing, pretending, pushing.

We prioritize rest and nourishment. We do this to counter cultures of supremacy and domination that rely on us being disembodied, overworked and discontent and remember that our wholeness is unconditional.

breathing.

We find refuge in our breath and, as such, the wisdom and strength of our bodies. We remember that this act of breathing is magical and vital and that by learning how to breathe fully we can shift energies. We tap into our inherent capacities to invite in and let go. We remember that breathing is an act of resistance.

When we allow ourselves to be and breathe, we start to excavate, to unearth the gifts and traumas we have inherited, the ways in which cultures of supremacy live in and through us and the spaciousness and love inside that can support us in resisting and healing.
